A few words of caution regarding the wrong msg the article can potentially send
The BhArat-Varsha God-project is monitored BY GOD HIMSELF. The Rshis HEARD the Veda (shruti) and mantra. They HEARD the GAyatri. IT WAS CONVEYED BY GOD. NOT AN INVENTION OF HUMAN MIND.
The author makes an observation of the evolution
of the Vedic SanAtan Dharma. This evolution is also monitored by God. How can the world and worldly understand Parameshwar in one instance?
This can be seen in BhagvAn / Parameshwar's own gesture while touching base with us: In every kalpa (creation cycle - 1 kalpa = 14 manvantar of 71 chaturyuga each), He comes as the 4 kumars (all is Bramhan), then varAha, matsya, kUrma, an avadhoot, a divine warrior, then a satya-vAchi dhanurdhari marayAdA purushottam Shri RAm and finally as the pUrNa purushottam BhagavAn Shri KRshNa! (ah! this is God in His fullest - His completeness revealed). Then things start declining and He comes as Buddha. Finally as Kalki to wipe all evil gone out of control.
So, my point is, the openness of this adhyAtmic and daivi source (the various darshanas and philosophies) is open only to the extent that aligns with the fundamental code and principles of the nature and characteristics of Bramhan' ParamAtmA BhagavAn. The Rshis, avatars and AchAryas (who were avatars of the Lord's pArshads) did not invent Bhagvan and devas. They did not invent Shiva or Vishnu. Nor did Shiva evolve. They unfolded them, revealed the secrets, and the Science of God. It happened gradually as per God's Will in accordance with the yuga and its characteristic (sat - samadhi, treta - yajna, dvapar - archana, kali - nAma sankirtan ).

I think you described this well.
And Hinduism rather than imposing insights on people, allows people to develop them individually on the path of Dharm. It is quite normal for people to have different insights on the different stages of spiritual development. Hinduism respects the different natures of all beings.
It is open in the sense that one can choose the way up the mountain path - end of which will be same - almost.
As Ramakrishna said " Joto moth toto poth" - the paths to God varies with the mindset of people.
Again the base remains Vedic. Which again describes all paths in macro sense - through karmas and phals.
It does say what path is most effective but does not deter one to take other paths. It cautions though.
Love and best wishes:hug:
Lol, I feel you brother... I have had this thought for a long time. Nice to finally see it in the news. Although my idea is different from this a bit, because I like to call Sanatana Dharma the FOS religion or Free and Open Source religion.
