Namaste,
I was just wondering, can a devotee worship Lord Krishna outside of Vaishnavism? For example, if someone is a Shakta or a Shaiva, can they still worship Krishna?

There aren't any "can"s or "cannot"s in terms who you're allowed to worship to my knowledge. There seems to be a lot of overlap. If God in a certain form appeals to you/speaks to you, why not? - Regardless of the umbrella terms of Vaishnava/Shakta/Shaiva.
My Ishta-Devi is Ma Lakshmi, however, Vishnu is her beloved and therefore dear to me as well. So by extension, Krishna is also dear to me. It's all connected.
