    Question Best Translation of the rig Veda

    Namaste to all

    I would like to know what is the best translation of the rig veda given by a swami? I am currently and search of a book that contains all the vedas but have only been able to find the ones available at amazon.com

    any help?

    it is better to remain ignorant of the vedas than to read versions of griffith,max muller,bloomfield & like
    तद्विद्धि प्रणिपातेन परिप्रश्नेन सेवया ।
    उपदेक्ष्यन्ति ते ज्ञानं ज्ञानिनस्तत्वदर्शिनः ॥

    He means you have to understand संस्कृत (Samskrut / Sanskrit / Sanskrut/ Samskrit whatever you pronounce). To understand properly because fake translations are made by anti-Hindus and paid writers.

    This time Swami Dayanand's work is much better to understand, Yāska's Nirukta is also a good commentary on Vedas. But unfortunately English translations of their works are not very good.
