    cheerio,
    Namaste and welcome to HDF.

Lord Krishna says in the Bhagavad gita 6.46 (http://vedabase.net/bg/6/46/en) :

"A yogī is greater than the ascetic, greater than the empiricist and greater than the fruitive worker. Therefore, O Arjuna, in all circumstances, be a yogī."

    regards

    Re: Hi,

Aahhh! You are interested in Yoga yourself! Nice, that is how my journey to understand Dharmic civilization began. I had no idea how powerful Yoga was and how far-reaching it's consequences were. Glad to have another sister/brother of the same mindset in the forums!

I am of course assuming we have the same mindset ofcourse!
