Do people worship the early incarnations of Vishnu the way they worship Krishna?

I'm aware of Parashuraama being a shaktyAvesha, but where is it stated that matsya and kUrma avatAras are also shaktyAveshas?

one can"t compare the Rama.Krishna Avtars with Matsya,verah,kurma avatars because recent avatars lived and walked on this earth.Pepoles have seen them as a human being born till left the earth with extra-ordinary virtue,power and divinity.so there story and leela goes on in people"s mind.

But earlier avatars never happened in sthula(physical) creation.it happened in karana/causal creation(karanannava sarira).Varaha killed Hiralakhya demon in karannava.when creation was progressively going on in causal world.

To start this VISHWA-KALPA,the physical creation,brahma had to do tapasya for 2 kalpa(brahma kalpa,padma kalpa).Sanaka,sanath-kumar etc described in BG are actually born in padma-kalpa from wish of brahma,but decided to do penance,not sexual creation as wished by brahma.
