I used to do Yogasan, may be some time back then I gave up. Now I try to do Padmasan and I am looking for Viprit ( विपरीत) Asana for Padmasan. I like to set off pressure, which I put on my knees and ankles doing Padmasan, through viprit asan of Padmasan. Please let me know if you know about it.
