The Mahabharata, or any Purana. The kalki purana deals exclusively with Kali yuga, but has not been translated to English yet.
Some extracts from the Puranas and the Mahabharata on Kali Yuga-

The book 'Lemurian Scrolls' contains Satguru Sivaya Subramaniyaswami's views on the Yugas.

I was about to say that there is indeed a translation of the Kalki, but it turns out I was thinking of the Kalika Purana which is published by Nag.
There are two translations of the Kalki that I found on the internet though:

The first one is most likely a complete translation. The second one may or may not be abridged.

Bhāgavatam canto12, chapters 1 "The Degraded Dynasties of Kali-yuga" and 2 "The Symptoms of Kali-yuga" give descriptions of the symptoms of Kali-yuga, online translation see here:

Its impossible to miss any concept of Hinduism in Mahabharata I guess. One place I remember is in a conversation b/w Hanuman and Bhima. A quick google search yielded this.

This is Ganguly's version. There of course could be several places in the ocean called Mahabharata where this is discussed.
In Bhagavatam, as Brahma Jijnasa puts it 12 canto has some nice discussions on Kali yuga including on the future dynasties. The predictions are amazingly true...no matter whatever we do, the degradation till the end is a fact.
I am sure all the Puranas have such discussions. Vishnu Purana has a section where Sri Veda Vyas actually praises Kali Yuga, I believe.
Kalki Purana is not one of the 18 puranas..I wonder how scholars view it.
