Recently,I posted about Sri Pancha Ganapati festival, it is celebrated from December 21st to 25st.In the post link below, the purpose,significance and other details about the 5 days of the festival are given.

I came to know more details about Sri Pancha Ganapti.
In the following link I haven given the sources of worship of Sri Pancha Ganapti.Since worship of this form of deity is based on a number of scriptures,I am withdrawing the question.

Those who wish to worship this deity may take necessary instructions from their Gurus and worship Sri Ganesha with out any hesitation.
