Namaste,
We have seen the Mrityunjaya Mantra posted.
Are there any thoughts to its bija mantra below? The author as I understand it is Rishi Kahola.

Namaste Yajvan,
ओं जूं सः
oM jUM saH
jU means “to be quick” or “to impel quickly, excite, animate, or inspire”.
And so, jUM indicates “quickening, animation, inspiration, etc. ”.
sa is “air or wind”, and it invokes the puruSa or “universal soul”.
And the final visarga (aspiration) adds even more breath to this death-conquering formula.

Namaste sarabhanga,
very rewarding and thank you... appreciated.
It's interesting to note that sa-ni (Sani) graha, owns air tattva. Sani is connected with longevity and karaka of the 12th ( endings). Hence this bija mantra and Mrityunjaya mantra has a 'managing' or mitigating effect on Sani's actions.
Vata tattva is one key area were ill-health (dosha) arises ( via the air and breathing in illnesses / pollutants)
pranams, and thank you again for your insights.
